Structure:
It is composed of an extractor, defoaming device, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, material pump, filter, valves and pipelines.
The main body of the extraction tank comprises of shell, jacket, insulation layer, supporting ears, and pneumatic slag discharging gate. The insulation layer of the extracting tank is made of aluminum silicate rock wool, while shell is made of SUS304/316L. The extraction tank is equipped with CIP cleaning ball, thermometer, explosion-proof sight lamp, quick opening feed gate, etc.
